The STEER check
Five dimensions, run before anyone else uses what you built
A pre-ship checklist for Build Two. One pass per tool, before it reaches a second person.
This is the second half of Build Two. The Anchor card asks whether the thing should exist. The STEER check asks whether the way it works respects the person on the other side of it.
Two of the five carry the framework's original wording in their names, because they link back to the essay and renaming them would break that thread. The questions under them are written for what you are actually building.
The dimension people skip is Evolving Delegation, because it is the only one that asks you to design for taking something away.
